This is a work of creative non/fiction. This is a story that’s been unfolding long before I was born, I and millions of other people around the world, now know the truth about what is really going on, including the deliberate genocide of innocent people, put forward by the likes of Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab, the buffoon Boris Johnson, and mass murderers like Tony Blair, Bush, Obama, and the likes of Nutty yahoo, (is Nuttyahoo, the occupying president of illegally occupied Palestine) I make no apologies for seeing the truth, when others are blind to it. The fact that 90% of world governments do not care one iota about the people of Palestine, and the mass genocide, and ethnic cleansing (that has continued for 76 years) going on proves that there is another agenda going on. Even Trump when he became President, caused more problems by stating that Jerusalem, is now the capital of Israel, it never was and never will be. Why did he not arrest Hillary Clinton for treason, and possible murders, that she may have authorised? Why did Trump continue to hound, and insist that Julian Assange, be forced to go to USA, and face charges? Fake charges.

I wrote this book in my head while I was slowly being murdered, at my local hospital. I am not exaggerating. its just a fact. 

The book is totally unadulterated, no compromises, no corrections, it is exactly, how I wrote it in my head, while high as a kite, on “medication”, which I was contraindicated to, and slowly being murdered. I saw many deaths there, (6 in total) and heard the screams from a wife who was asked to collect her husband, only to be told he died a couple of hours ago. I saw another man who had a stent put in, and after he was wheeled back to our ward, and the curtains pulled round, he slowly died, after 4 hours.

But by far the worst, was a 50-year-old man, (Stewart) who went in for breathing problems. He was on a monitor, and the alarm suddenly sounded, a health care worker ran around my ward closing the curtains, she got to mine, and I told her to leave mine alone. Another HCW ran to Stewart, and she just kept calling his name, I shouted out, “he’s dying, I can help him”

I was told to sit on my bed, by this time 5 minutes had passed, I took out my phone and began recording. The HCW kept saying “come on Stewart, wake up”. This was really depressing, 3 more minutes passed, and the junior doctor who was on our ward, went and looked at Stewart, did nothing, and went back into his office. Then after 10 minutes the nurse on our ward, went and looked at Stewart, no defib, no ambu bag, no drugs,  no protocols, the doctor came out of his office, with nothing to assist Stewart. After 13 minutes a consultant turned up with a defib, no resus in progress at this time. She took an age connecting him up to the defib. There are defibs at every bus garage, bus station, large shopping centres, even marks and spencer’s, but not on a shitty hospital ward. 15 minutes after he stopped breathing he was wired up, no shock was indicated, no cardiac massage initiated, no adrenaline.

The consultant simply said, “is everyone happy to call it?”

The Meer cats nodded in unison. “time of death 1300, and well put death down to Covid” 

That was the end of Stewart, he had only been on my ward for 3 days, and had suddenly died from COVID, absolute rubbish, he died because he received no care.

I thought about telling his wife, but as I was still ill I never.
